At Old Monk Price, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Upon receipt of the written notification containing the information as outlined in 1 through 6 above, we will take appropriate actions, including the removal of the challenged content from the site.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims!

It is our policy to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers, where appropriate, and we reserve the right to remove content without prior notice.

If you believe your removed content is not actually infringing, or if you have the proper rights to post your content, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content;
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in New Delhi, India, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA an notification or an agent of such person.

If a counter-notice is received by the Copyright Agent, Old Monk Price may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days.
